You can customize your hunt by choosing whatever animals you wish to hunt from the Plains Game Trophy fee list if you are not interested in a package hunt. To determine your total cost, multiply the number of days you wish to hunt by the daily rate and add the trophy fees of the animal you wish to hunt. That will give you the total cost of the hunt. This total does not include airfare or items excluded from the daily rate.

Trophies are field dressed and/or shipped out raw to the taxidermist of the clients choice or delivered to a local taxidermist. Taxidermist and shipping costs are not included in the price. A detail pricelist can be viewed here.

A deposit being 50% of the total package price or total daily fee required to secure a hunt with the remainder payable on arrival. Trophy fees are payable at the end of the safari and include wounded / lost animals as determined by the professional hunter.

In the event of a safari cancellation, the deposit is not refundable unless termination of a booking is received – three months prior – to the stated departure date from home, in which case the deposit less a 10% handling fee will be refunded. Always ensure you get trip cancellation insurance coverage as unforeseen circumstances including missing scheduled airline flights can occur.
